\n\tCAIRO – 20 August 2026: Ambassador Alaa Youssef, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Information Service, received Ambassador Saleh Mutlu \u015een, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Cairo, Thursday.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tTheir meeting addressed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between Egypt and Turkey in the media field.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tAmbassador Youssef emphasized that Egyptian-Turkish relations are witnessing remarkable development, given the historical ties and shared interests that bind the two countries, as well as the increasing coordination in bilateral relations.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tHe noted that the shared vision of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and President Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan has contributed to propelling relations between the two countries towards broader horizons and strengthening avenues of joint cooperation in various fields.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tAmbassador Youssef reviewed the State Information Service’s efforts in developing its media services and leveraging digital platforms and social media to convey an accurate image of Egypt both domestically and internationally.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tHe highlighted the development efforts and national projects underway in various sectors, in addition to providing the necessary facilities for the work of foreign media outlets and correspondents.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tFor his part, Ambassador Saleh Mutlu \u015een affirmed that Turkey values \u200b\u200bEgypt’s important role in the region and its influential regional and international standing.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tHe commended Egypt’s efforts in supporting stability, peace, and the resolution of regional crises, noting the importance of continued coordination and consultation between the two countries on various issues of mutual interest.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
