Arsenal Women are set for a training camp in Spain this summer, the Gooner Fanzine understands.

Friendly fixtures are currently being finalised, on what will be a lower-key pre-season for the Gunners than previous trips to Australia and the USA in recent years.

With no international tournament in the women’s game this year, Arsenal are taking the opportunity for a warm-weather camp that will include matches against other sides.

Details for those games will be confirmed in due course, including whether they are behind-closed-doors.

The 2026/27 Women’s Super League season gets underway on September 4.

Arsenal Women’s Under-21s will travel to Shanghai in August to face other youth sides in a pre-season tournament, with the men’s Under-21s also travelling.

John Bitting’s league winners are set to take on China’s Under-17 national team as well as club opposition including Manchester City in the Tomorrow Stars Champion Cup.
