AN INAUGURAL competition by Scotland’s leading property portal is searching for the best properties across Edinburgh, Fife and the Borders.
ESPC are accepting applications for their Open Viewing competition seeking the best stories and designs of standout homes.
The digital series is accepting applications until 13 July with the series being broadcast in early September.
Judges will assess the properties on what makes them unique and special with discussions from homeowners. Those selected for the show will also be judged by an online audience.

Megan Milne will host the show and already presents The ESPC Property Show Podcast.
Milne said: “We see so many incredible homes listed on ESPC every week, and many of us wonder about the stories behind these beautiful spaces – and that’s before we see what happens to homes that come onto the market requiring restoration or renovation.
“Whether it’s stunning architecture or enhancing interior design, so many homeowners put their hearts and souls into creating spaces they love and feel proud of, and Open Viewing will give them a platform to share and celebrate their homes in all their glory. I can’t wait to visit them and take a look around myself.”
Properties must be located in Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders which are the regions ESPC cover. Five photographs of the home are required but applicants are encouraged to upload a video tour and share a few words.
ESPC are a property marketing company with a lounge based in Edinburgh.
