A hotel in south Belfast linked to Rory McIlroy’s caddie and his family has gone on the market for £3m, Belfast Telegraph can reveal.
Dukes at Queen’s, off Botanic Avenue, has been owned by the Diamond pub and hospitality group since 2009, and was previously owned by the Welcome Group.
