Quiz is set to shut at Sheffield shopping centre Meadowhall
Meadowhall will soon see a big name clothes store shut at the Sheffield shopping centre.
We’ll see Quiz close at Meadowhall in the coming days. We’ve previously brought you details of the fashion giant having a closing down sale at the shopping centre.
Retailer Quiz has experienced a number of challenges in recent months. It is understood its 37 branches will close, for good, by the end of June.
Signs in the windows of the Quiz store, at Meadowhall, read: “Last few days.” Other notices state there are reductions of 70 per cent and 80 per cent off products as part of a closing down sale.
Quiz hired administrators from advisory firm Interpath in February after a ‘tough start’ to 2026. Geoff Jacobs, managing director at Interpath and fellow joint administrator, said: “We’d once again like to say a huge thank you to Quiz staff who have shown such dedication and professionalism under difficult circumstances.”
