Jet2 flights from Bristol Airport to Norway and Fjords are already on sale for Summer 2027, the airline has announced. The exclusive programme means that Jet2 will be the only airline to operate flights to Bergen from Bristol next summer.
Local customers travelling to Bergen from Bristol can enjoy access to stunning fjords including Aurlandsfjord and Nærøyfjord, as well as the city of Bergen itself, which combines a picturesque harbour, fashionable restaurants and bars, mountain scenery and the historic Bryggen harbour district.
Bryggen is recognised by UNESCO as a historic harbour district that reflects Bergen’s importance as part of the Hanseatic League’s trading empire, with many of its characteristic wooden buildings preserved in keeping with traditional patterns and methods.

The airline says that the programme has been put on sale now in response to demand from customers looking for experience-led holidays. Jet2’s ‘Discover More’ collection is designed to ‘appeal to those with a sense of adventure, from ticking off iconic sights and immersing themselves in local cultures to sampling traditional delicacies and taking in breathtaking scenery’.
Rupert Lawrie, commercial director at Bristol Airport, added: “These two special long weekends in Spring 2027 are a great offering for customers, especially those interested in exploring Norwegian Fjords. Its vibrant coastal location means there’s plenty to see and do whether you’re interested in the stunning scenery or the city.”
