SPYAIR are returning to Europe this autumn for their first tour on the continent since 2018. The Nagoya rock band have confirmed five dates across Austria, France, the Netherlands, Germany, and England, with the tour closing at London’s Scala on November 7th.
The news landed on June 19th, the same day SPYAIR played the Earth Hall at Pyrkon, a fantasy and pop-culture convention in Poznań, Poland.
The SPYAIR EUROPE TOUR 2026 revisits some of the band’s key European markets while also delivering two firsts. The run begins with an appearance at YuniCon in Vienna, SPYAIR’s first show in Austria, before heading to Eindhoven for their first headline date in the Netherlands. Paris will host the band for the fourth time, continuing a history that stretches back to their European debut at the Tokyo Crazy Kawaii festival in 2013.

SPYAIR made their name through a number of hit anime tie-ins, with songs like ‘Imagination’, ‘I’m a Believer’, ‘Orange’, ‘Samurai Heart (Some Like It Hot!!)’, and ‘Genjou Destruction’ soundtracking some of modern anime’s most loved moments across Haikyu!!, Gintama, and BLEACH. Off the back of those, they’ve grown a devoted following that reaches well beyond the anime community.
In May, the band concluded their nationwide hall tour supporting ‘RE-BIRTH’, their first original album with vocalist YOSUKE. Their new single ‘Awake’ arrives digitally on July 3rd as the opening theme for the TV anime The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System.
Before returning to Europe, SPYAIR will perform at J-POP SOUND CAPSULE during Anime Expo in Los Angeles on July 2nd. They will then take their annual outdoor concert, JUST LIKE THIS, overseas for the first time with a South Korean show on September 5th, followed by its Japanese edition at Kawaguchiko Stellar Theater on September 26th.

SPYAIR are a Japanese rock band from Nagoya, formed in 2005 and signed to Sony Music Labels. Built on heavy guitar riffs and anthemic choruses, they made their major-label debut in 2010 and became one of the most recognisable names in Japanese rock through a long line of anime tie-in singles.
The current lineup features guitarist and main songwriter UZ, bassist and lyricist MOMIKEN, drummer KENTA, and vocalist YOSUKE. Founding vocalist IKE left the band in 2022 due to a chronic condition, prompting an open search for a new singer that the band documented on a dedicated YouTube channel. YOSUKE, then 24 and from Fukuoka, was chosen from more than 1,000 applicants and announced as the new frontman in 2023.
His arrival was cemented by ‘RE-BIRTH’, released in March 2026 as the band’s first original album in five years and the first full-length recording of the new lineup. The accompanying hall tour was their first since YOSUKE joined, and the European dates give fans across the continent their first chance to see the reborn lineup live.
