A restaurant chain with a popular branch in Solihull is to open a branch in Birmingham city centre.
KIBOU Kitchen and Bar will open its seventh restaurant this autumn at 61-63 Temple Row.
It’ll replace Riva Blu which will serve its final diners this Sunday, June 21.

It will have space for 200 diners with a bar, lounge, main restaurant and private dining space.
It will have an open sushi kitchen and a standalone bar opposite Cathedral Square – better known in Brum as Pigeon Park.
As well as sushi and sashimi, expect Japanese sharing plates of chicken karaage, spiced pork gyoza and tempura as well as ramen, katsu curry, teriyaki and A5 Joshu wagyu beef.
Cocktails are on the menu too, with Japenese whisky, umeshu and sake on the list.
KIBOU says that it has just had its strongest trading year on record with ‘significant’ year-on-year revenue growth.
They’re investing in their new restaurant with a fresh Japanese-inspired look, which will feature hand-painted and digital murals, with bold, colourful designs.
As well as Birmingham and Solihull, KIBOU has restaurants in Battersea, Cheltenham, Cambridge, Oxford and Bristol.
