West Midlands Police said the motorcyclist, a man in his 60s, involved in this morning’s fatal collision had died.
The police said: “His family has been informed and are being supported at this difficult time.
“Enquiries are underway to establish the exact circumstances of the collision.
“The road has since re-opened.
“Investigators ask that anyone who was in the area at the time and has dashcam footage or information, contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on email at SCIU@westmidlands.police.uk
