CCTV images have been issued after multiple wallets were stolen from customers at a bar in Manchester.

Several of the wallets had been swiped at the Italiana Fifty Five restaurant on Deansgate at around 5pm on Tuesday (May 13).

Greater Manchester Police have launched an investigation into the multiple thefts and have now issued an appeal for information.

The force also issued an image of a man that they believe could assist with enquiries, and who they want to track down.

Anyone with information or witnesses are now being urged to contact officers immediately.

A post shared by GMP City Centre read: “We are looking to speak to this man as we believe he can assist with investigations following reports of a theft of several wallets from a restaurant on Deansgate, in Manchester city centre on 13/05/2025 at 5pm.
