BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Police in Birmingham have arrested and charged a man with capital murder in the 2022 shooting death of an 18-year-old.
Court records allege Damarion Owens shot and killed Kamorian Morris while Morris was sitting inside a vehicle.
The shooting happened in December 2022 in the 1400 block of Carson Road, according to records.
Owens is also facing an attempted murder charge in connection with the shooting of a juvenile who suffered non-life-threatening injuries, court documents state.
