Officers are searching for a 28-year-old man who went missing from a Manchester hospital two days ago.

Greater Manchester Police says Clayton was last seen at North Manchester General Hospital, in Crumpsall, on Wednesday (May 14).

The force says Clayton, from north Manchester, is still missing this morning (Friday).

He is described as being 5ft 10ins tall, with brown, short hair and green eyes.

Police believe he could be wearing a navy blue t-shirt and black shorts.

Clayton’s surname has not been given by GMP. Concerns are growing for his welfare.

A photo of Clayton has been issued alongside an urgent appeal for help finding him.

Anyone who sees Clayton or has any knowledge of where he might be is urged to contact GMP as soon as possible.

A GMP spokesperson added: “Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Clayton and want to make sure he is safe and well.

“Anyone with information about Clayton’s whereabouts should contact police on 0161 856 7821, quoting 2132 of May 15, 2025.”
