West end restaurant and deli Eusebi has launched a new summer food and drinks offering as well as a redesigned outdoor terrace.
The seasonal programme, La Dolce Estate, includes new lunch and evening menus, as well as a daily aperitivo menu. Developed by co-founder Giovanna Eusebi and head chef Kevin McCafferty, the menus draw inspiration from Italian seasonal produce and family recipes from the Lazio region. The redesigned outdoor terrace has also been created to reflect the relaxed atmosphere of al fresco dining in Italy, and to provide additional space throughout the summer.
Giovanna Eusebi, Co-Founder of Eusebi, said, “La Dolce Estate is incredibly personal to me. Every dish on this menu has been inspired by memories of summers spent in Italy with my family, moments gathered around tables filled with beautiful food, laughter and conversation that lasted for hours.
“Those experiences shaped my understanding of hospitality and the importance of bringing people together through food. We wanted to capture that feeling and recreate it here in Glasgow, giving our guests a genuine taste of an Italian summer, whether they’re joining us for lunch, aperitivo or an evening with family and friends.”
