APPEARS THAT AT THIS TIME, THE FIRE WAS ACCIDENTAL. AN INVESTIGATION IS UNDERWAY IN BIRMINGHAM AFTER POLICE SAY THEY FOUND A MAN SHOT TO DEATH IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. NOW, THIS WAS THE SCENE THIS MORNING ON 69TH PLACE NORTH. POLICE RESPONDED TO SHOTS FIRED AT A HOUSE IN THE AREA AROUND 2 A.M. NOW, WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED, THEY FOUND A MAN UNRESPONSIVE INSIDE THE HOME. HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
