There is a major police and emergency services incident at a North Wales retail park. Several police cars, ambulances, air ambulances and rapid response vehicles are at the scene on the Mostyn Champneys retail park in Llandudno.
Much of the activity is centred around the McDonalds restaurant on the retail park and a police cordon is in place.
