A pair of office lettings have been completed at One Portwall Square in Bristol, with the landlord advised by Savills and CSquared Real Estate.
Built environment advisory business Turley Associates has taken 2,925 sq ft on part of the second floor, while insurance company QBE has agreed to take 3,960 sq ft on part of the third floor.
Turley and QBE join existing tenants AHMM and Haseltine Lake Kempner.
The latest deals take the building to 85 per cent let.
Harry Allen, director in office agency at Savills Bristol, said: “These two lettings at One Portwall Square demonstrate the demand for prime office space and they are testament to the quality of the overall scheme and strong ESG credentials that such high-calibre professional service occupiers want to move in. We expect the remaining two suites in the building to go quickly.”
Katie Jay, principle at Nord, added: “We are delighted to welcome two exceptional tenants to their new home at One Portwall Square. These office lettings reflect the quality of the space that we have delivered and show that highly adaptable, sustainable workspaces in well-connected central locations will continue to be in demand.”
Turley Associates was advised by Hartnell Taylor Cook. Freddie Myatt, senior surveyor at Hartnell Taylor Cook, said: “We’re delighted to have advised Turley in securing their fantastic new Bristol office. The new office is a great fit for the business and supports their continued growth and future ambitions.”
