ESPC, a property marketing company representing more than 100 solicitor and estate agent firms, is offering events throughout August. These are tailored to providing information to homeowners, prospective buyers or sellers, and buyers thinking about investing in Edinburgh properties.
All events will be held in ESPC’s property lounge at 27 George Street and attendance can be confirmed online.

The “International Buyers: From Overseas to Scotland” event will be held on 15 August and will give information for internationally based buyers wanting to invest in Edinburgh. Property experts and solicitors will be in attendance to offer advice covering legalities, the process of property purchase in Scotland and the hidden costs which they may not have considered.
On 29 August the “Later Living: The Next Property Stage” event will be held for individuals looking to sell their homes or downsize. Those interested can book a 20 minute drop-in session or can turn up on the day to discuss the practical, financial and lifestyle impacts of downsizing from a family home to a retirement property.
