A special helpline to support young people receiving their exam results this summer is set to return.
A total of 82,613 students across Northern Ireland will receive their results across two key dates in August, including AS, A-Level and Level 3 on August 13, and GCSE and Level 2 on August 20.
CCEA’s dedicated Results Helpline is designed to provide guidance and support to students, parents and teachers.
It will provide guidance on post-results services, advice on choosing the right services and support for young people to help navigate this important stage with confidence.
CCEA’s Director of Qualifications, John Trueman, said: “Results Day is a significant milestone, but it can also be a time of uncertainty for our students.
“Our helpline ensures that they and their families can access timely, accurate information and guidance about their results and the post‑results services available.”
How it works
In line with AS/A Level Results Day, the line will open at 8am on Thursday, August 13. From Friday to Wednesday, August 14-26, the line will operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Mr Trueman added: “If you have questions about your results or want to understand your options, our team will be ready to help.
“Access to the right support can make a real difference, helping young people feel more confident in the decisions they make about their future.
