A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: “Just before 2.45pm on Thursday, August 13, a number of fire crews were sent to fire on Norleigh Road, Northenden.
“Crews arrived quickly and are currently working alongside colleagues from Greater Manchester Police and North West Ambulance Service.
“We are currently still at the scene whilst the incident is ongoing.”
