A motorist suffered serious injuries and is in hospital after a horror crash in north Manchester.
Police were called to Lightbowne Road in Moston last night (August 15) to reports of a collision.
Greater Manchester Police said that a male driver suffered injuries described as ‘life-changing’, and remains in hospital.

The force said no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
An investigation has been launched by GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit.

Pictures from the scene show a severely damaged car.
They also show a heavy emergency services presence on the street, close to FC United of Manchester’s Broadhurst Park stadium, with the road taped off and ambulance staff also in attendance.
