An incident on a busy Sutton Coldfield road led one man being injured and the street being closed.
The incident took place in Aldridge Road in Streetly on Monday (May 19).
A man is said to have been ‘struck by a vehicle’.
Police and the ambulance service were called to the road at around 10am.

Aldridge Road was closed in both directions by police near Bridle Lane.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called to reports of disorder at the junction of Lowlands Avenue and Aldridge Road at 10.04am.
“One ambulance attended the scene. On arrival we discovered one patient, a man, who was treated for minor injuries and discharged at the scene.”
National Express West Midlands diverted two of its services as a result of the incident.
It posted and said: “Service Disruption. Due to an Emergency service lead incident at Aldridge Road Streetly
“Buses 934 and 997 are on diversion via: Foley Road West and Chester Road We apologise for any disruption to your journey.”
The buses returned to their usual route around 11.40am.

West Midlands Police has confirmed it is investigating the incident.
A spokesman for the force said: “We were called to reports of disorder on Aldridge Road, Streetly at around 10am this morning (19 May).
“One man was struck by a vehicle and suffered injuries not thought to be life-threatening.
“Our investigation is at an early stage and anyone with information should contact us via Live Chat on our website, or by calling 101 quoting Log 1186 of today (19 May).”
