From Nick and Vanessa Lachey to Rochelle and Marvin Humes, there are only a few presenting power couples on our screens at the moment – and Emma and Matt Willis are certainly one of them.
While Emma has solo roles on The Voice UK and Strictly Come Dancing, the popular presenting couple are back on the small screen as the third season of Love Is Blind UK – which introduces a new cast of singles looking for love – premieres on Netflix today.
Digital Spy caught up with the duo in the lead up to the return of the hit Netflix show, which they have helmed since its first season in 2024, and we put their relationship to the test with the ultimate quiz to decipher how well they really know each other.

We had our suspicions that the answer to this might be ‘pretty well, actually’, and the pair – who have been married since 2008 – did not disappoint as they also illustrated their adorable bond and joint competitive streaks.
Both Emma and Matt name-checked the latter as the better cook out of the two, though he was quick to assure his wife that she was also a “good cook”. Despite this, Matt did confess that he hadn’t spent much time in the kitchen lately.
“You have been in the theatre all year, every day,” Emma told him. “So you haven’t really been around at night.” She then reminisced about Matt making “a really good pie”, which he would do “designs” on – with a “willy pie” being one of the patterns on the top.
Matt was also quick to be named the ‘best gift-giver’, although it was later revealed that it was a title that had come with experience after he’d “learnt the hard way”, with Emma joking that she’d received some “stinkers” in the past.
It also came to light that they balance each other out well, with Emma describing herself as “quite anxious” and liking to plan ahead, while Matt was the more “spontaneous” one. Handily, Emma concluded that they “even each other out”.

There was one revelation from Emma that Matt had never heard before, prompting him to exclaim “I did not know that!” and “you find out something new every day”, as his wife revealed that she had once played the body double of Milla Jovovich.
Other hilarious highlights from the video interview include a cheeky emoji revelation – “no need for follow ups!” – and an anecdote that illustrates Matt’s love and adoration for Chris ‘The Hemsworth’ Hemsworth.
