A COMMONWEALTH Games boxer who is AWOL in the UK has been exposed as a supporter of bloodthirsty tyrant Saddam Hussein.
Runaway fighter Qudrat Ullah, 20, shared chilling statements on social media hailing the late ex-Iraq dictator, who gloried in massacre and torture over a 24-year reign of terror.

Troubling pictures and messages about the ‘Butcher of Baghdad’ emerged after the Pakistani sportsman vanished from his team hotel without his passport and return flight ticket following the climax of Glasgow 2026 earlier this month.

But on his Facebook page he has paid tribute to serial rapist Saddam, who gassed countrymen and sent opponents to their death on live TV.
The despot ruled from 1979 until 2003 and approved 30 different types of torture — including gouging out eyes, cutting off sex organs and roasting victims over a flame.

In the wake of the US-led invasion of Iraq in 2003, Hussein was dragged out of a hiding hole, then put on trial for crimes against humanity, convicted and executed in December 2006.
Pledging his support, Ullah posted: “I wish the infidels had not deceived you. Enemy of the infidels, King Saddam Hussein.”
It is thought the ex-president’s regime was responsible for up to 500,000 deaths.
In another post alongside a pic of Saddam, Ullah wrote: “We may die, we may be torn into pieces. But we cannot call someone who disrespects the Sahabah (companions of the prophet Muhammad) a Muslim.”

Ahead of his trip to Scotland last month, Ullah prayed that “Allah Almighty grant me the best performance and success” in a post that showed him at an airport departure gate along with a packed suitcase.
It is not known whether Ullah has direct connections to Iraq.
He is known to have trained at the same Glasgow gym as two fellow Pakistani fighters who previously absconded.
Ullah was filmed using pull-down apparatus at the Kynoch Boxing Gym in the city’s Kinnock Park for a TikTok video after reaching the last 16 in the men’s 60kg division.

The sports hub was previously a base for Suleman Baloch, 29, and convicted stalker Nazeer Khan, 27, who both absconded after competing at the 2022 Games in Birmingham.
Ullah was last seen in his hotel room six hours before he was due to meet teammates and head home.
We told how Ugandan boxers Angel Katushabe, 21, Nuhu Batte, 22, Ibrahim Khemis, 20, and Emily Nakalema, 32, were also missing.
They are among 400 who have vanished from Commonwealth Games since 2002, including Glasgow 2014 plus other host cities in England, Australia and India.
Ullah, the Pakistan Boxing Federation and the Home Office were approached for comment.
More than 3,000 competitors from 74 countries competed in ten sports over 11 days.
Commonwealth Games bosses said: “We have worked closely with police as athletes and staff departed to support a safe and secure conclusion to the event.”
Police Scotland confirmed they’d had “reports of several athletes who are unaccounted for”.
A spokesman added: “Enquiries are ongoing.”
