Wilde Aparthotels is set for further European expansion with new properties scheduled to open in the UK, Portugal and Austria by the end of 2025.
The extended stay brand, which is part of Dublin-based Staycity Group, is due to open a property in Cambridge by August, followed by locations in Lisbon and Vienna in the final quarter of the year.
All apartments at the three new properties will feature fully equipped kitchens, alongside bars and lounges, which are designed to act as a “social hub” for guests.
Wilde’s Cambridge property will offer 229 apartments, as well as a bar with outdoor terrace, co-working spaces and a café in a city centre location.
The brand’s Lisbon aparthotel will be based in the Rua Castilho district with 95 hotel rooms and studio apartments. It will feature a “dynamic” social space including a bar and lounge, café and deli, plus co-working area. There will also be a fitness suite.
Wilde’s Vienna property will be housed in a former post office or Alte Post. It will include 136 hotel rooms, studios and one-bedroom apartments. The social area will feature a restaurant, café and whiskey bar.
The brand is also planning to open new aparthotels in Amsterdam and Porto by early 2026. Wilde already has locations in London, Berlin, Edinburgh and Manchester.
