SAY NO TO ABUSE
Anti-social behaviour or racist, homophobic, sexist or other abuse on matchdays can be reported to the Stadium Security Team by text on 07770 736 047 or to the nearest steward.
The club would also like to remind supporters to use their allocated seats throughout the game to ensure everyone is safe at Ashton Gate.
Standing in vomitories and stairwells is not permitted and abuse of stewards will not be tolerated. Failure to use your allocated seat when in the stands may result in ejection from the stadium, a stadium ban, being blocked from purchasing future match tickets or the suspension of Season Ticket benefits, including access to priority booking windows.
The safety and well-being of everyone inside the stadium – supporters, players and staff – is of paramount importance, as is the need to safeguard the club against any potential fines or points deductions imposed for breaches of the regulations.
CIDEREDS
The Club has not produced a regular physical matchday programme since the 2019/20 season. However, independent publications run by supporters, such as Cidereds, are available outside of the stadium and will provide in-depth articles in relation to Bristol City FC and much more.
