Leeds United are back in action at Elland Road for the first time this season as the Whites welcome Brentford to West Yorkshire on Sunday.
United’s start to the campaign has been perfect so far, with a pair of wins over Nottingham Forest, one in the league and one in the Carabao Cup.
James Trafford has yet to concede for Leeds this season, with two clean sheets to his name already. However, the Englishman is likely to face his toughest test yet when we take on Brentford.
The West London outfit have started the season exceptionally themselves, thrashing Spurs 3-0 in their opening Premier League game before following this up with a 6-1 demolition of Birmingham City in midweek in their Carabao Cup clash.
Chris Sutton recently had his say on the upcoming game, with the BBC pundit expecting it to be “really tight”.

At The City Ground last Saturday, Daniel Farke’s men delivered a gritty away performance before Anton Stach’s late free-kick stole all three points.
We were then a lot more free-flowing in midweek when we beat Forest by two goals to nil. This result gave Sutton enough confidence in United to predict that their unbeaten start to the season will continue.
In his latest Premier League predictions article for BBC Sport, Sutton said, “Leeds and Daniel Farke proved loads of people wrong last season. But they were pretty cagey against Nottingham Forest last week in the Premier League.
“They weren’t very creative, but then they got the job done against them in the EFL Cup in midweek, and because of that I can’t see Leeds losing.”
However, the former Blackburn striker did acknowledge the tough test that lies ahead of us this weekend.
“Brentford are off to an absolute flyer – smashing Tottenham then hitting Birmingham for six or seven. They’ve started well with all the talk about their new midfielder Mamadou Sangare, who now looks a bargain.
“I think this is going to be really tight because Brentford like to play on the counter-attack.”
Sutton eventually went on to predict that the game would finish in a 1-1 draw, which would be another good result for Leeds.

Whilst surviving is our primary objective this season, Farke will surely have one eye on a top-half finish if possible.
Facing Brentford this early into the season will be a good indicator of exactly where we stand at this stage. Keith Andrews’ side will more likely be in the top half themselves and challenging for Europe once again.
Opta’s supercomputer has also predicted the outcome of our game against Brentford, with the supercomputer having more faith in us than Sutton when it comes to Leeds picking up all three points.

Personally, I lean towards agreeing with Sutton more. Whilst we have started the season well, Brentford have looked incredible, so before kick-off, if you offered me a draw, I’d take that all day.
