Louis Saha claims Victor Osimhen is still waiting for Manchester United to sign him given he is a fan of the club, reports Matthew Abbott.
Osimhen, 27, has been linked with the Nigeria international several times over recent transfer windows, but that ship has now sailed. Galatasaray are paying him huge money, which goes even further because Turkey’s top tax rate is only 40 per cent, with half of that withheld by Super Lig clubs, effectively making it 20 per cent, compared to 45 per cent in the United Kingdom.
It would necessitate an equally big fee for the Turkish champions to consider selling. Therefore, it is not really financially viable.
