When we covered the initial rollout of the Xbox Disc to Digital feature today, we mentioned that an official list of supported games didn’t exist on the Xbox website, but fans have already started working on lists of their own!
These are quite necessary lists as well, as even though Disc to Digital supports “thousands” of games at launch with seemingly more to come in the future, there are some big absentees as things stand including the likes of Forza Horizon 6, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and Elden Ring – at least according to what’s been discovered so far.
One of these lists was created by the folks behind the XCT website, while another is being compiled by various users over on a dedicated Xbox Disc to Digital thread via ResetEra. The official Xbox Reddit page also has its own megathread of comments where people are confirming what works and what doesn’t!
We’ll leave links to all of these below:

Here’s hoping Xbox might make it easier for us by providing a list of their own in the near future as well, although with thousands of games making the cut, it’d probably be easier to know which titles definitely aren’t supported at launch.
Feel free to let us know in the comments if you’ve spotted anything that isn’t on these lists yet, and we’ll be sure to let you know if Microsoft provides any further official details in the near future.
How are you getting on with Disc to Digital if you’re in the Xbox Insider Alpha program? Tell us below.
