With Gamescom wrapped, the focus now shifts to the Tokyo Game Show later this month. As part of this upcoming event, Capcom has now announced it will be broadcasting a special Capcom Spotlight Presentation.
This global spotlight will take place on 16th September 2026 and promises to bring fans news on Capcom’s latest titles. It will run for 40 minutes, with “more details to come”. Here’s the official announcement:
Capcom: “Tokyo Game Show 2026 kicks off with a 40-minute Capcom Spotlight presentation on September 16, 7am PT, 3pm BST! Stay tuned for more details to come.”
As for the Tokyo Game Show, Capcom’s line up this year incldues series such as Monster Hunter, Mega Man and Street Fighter.
Capcom will also have some partner exhibitions at the Tokyo Game Show including a playable demo of the mobile title Monster Hunter Outlanders, a Biohazard-themed shooting range, and an exhibition for the Street Fighter Movie.
