RESIDENTS in Wythall are once again coming together to look after where there live for the second Keep Wythall Tidy campaign week.
Organised by the parish council, the scheme is designed to bring the community together in the fight against litter.
From September 15 to 20, the authority is asking people to take advantage of the free equipment provided by the parish and get outb help with litter-picking.
They are also holding a community litter-pick event on September 19 starting at 10.30am at the parish council office on Silver Street.
A spokesperson for the council said: “Everyone is encouraged to ‘Love Where You Live’ by taking pride in our local environment, through not only litter picking but other activities too such as caring for green spaces and cleaning road name signs.”
