According to current and former employees, instead of addressing concerns, Thompson has continued to rally current staff to post five-star reviews on Glassdoor. These positive reviews often appear in clusters, follow a rough script, and typically end with caveats like β€œit might not be for everyone”.

Several current and former employees from both Employment Hero and Humi confirmed this practice is regularly discussed at all-hands meetings, where Thompson claims there are external forces trying to bring the company down because they view Employment Hero as a threat.
