Police stopped a Volkswagen on Leeds Road and discovered the driver had provided false insurance details.
The vehicle was seized and the driver has been reported to court.
West Yorkshire Police said: “Whilst patrolling Leeds Road, this Volkswagen caught our eye.
“Roadside enquiries proved our spidey senses right once again as the insurance policy produced was found to be false.
“Vehicle seized and driver reported to court.”
