Looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity in Prince William County or Northern Virginia? BEACON is recruiting volunteer English facilitators and substitutes for its upcoming Fall Learning Circles.
The virtual program runs September 15 through November 3, meeting on Tuesdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. via Zoom. Volunteers will help adult ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) students strengthen their English conversation skills while building confidence in everyday communication.
No teaching experience or additional language skills are required. BEACON provides all training and materials, making it easy for anyone with a passion for helping others to get involved.
