Arne Engels arrived at Celtic from the Bundesliga, becoming the club’s record transfer signing.

Celtic star, Engels was last valued between £14.1m and £19.9m back in November 2024 after appearances in the Champions League proved the youngster could mix it with the cream of European football.
Since then, Engels has won a League Cup and the Scottish Premiership and his first senior Belgium cap.
And on Saturday against Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup, Engels could become a Celtic treble-winner.
So because of that, the CIES Football Observatory has valued Engels at between £17.75m and £25.3m which is a great endorsement of the Belgian’s first season at Celtic.

With 53 appearances this season, Engels has missed just one game for Celtic. In the Bhoys’ 5-1 win over Aberdeen the 21-year-old was rested as Rodgers looked to keep him fresh for Hampden.
