“PLEASE NOTE: We’ve pushed hard to open our shutters as quickly as possible, so we’re still training staff, adjusting dishes and doing renovations, so bear with us! We’re definitely doing the ‘soft launch’ thing to begin with!”
Grano Pasta Bar can be found in the Glass Arcade, a foodie hotspot also home to the likes of Eat a Pitta, Chilli Daddy, Pieminister and the Olive Works.
In a previous social media post, the team explained: “Our new setup is FOUR stalls long, and we’re sandwiched between Matina Middle Eastern and Crafty Beans Cafe at St Nick’s Market.”
They also spoke about what the new pasta bar will mean for the established Grano Kitchen site in Old Market, writing: “We’re hitting pause on lunch service at Grano Kitchen Old Market while we get the pasta bar ready – but don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
“Dinner service at Grano Kitchen is still going strong as usual. Get ready – we can’t wait to feed you!”
Locals commented on the latest post with one saying: “Buzzing you’re now open, so much work has gone into this!” Another wrote “so awesome! Your journey has been unreal!!”
