Stars of Netflix’s Love Is Blind celebrated their first wedding anniversaries with a fright-filled evening at the launch of London’s newest Halloween attraction last night (8 October).

Loved up Taylor Burgen, Sophie Tregaskiss, Faye Domaille and Jack Bradshaw were among the reality TV names invited to brave The Nightmare Realm in Greenwich.

Wed in October last year and reflecting on almost a year of married life, the cast joked that their experience on the Netflix dating show had left them “literally trauma bonded”.

Jack said: “The reason we’re all so close is because we’re literally trauma bonded. In a good way!”

He added: “The first year is tough because you’re in hiding. You’ve got this person who, in reality, you’ve only known for two months.”

The couples admitted their first year of marriage had been anything but conventional, having to navigate life as newlyweds while keeping their relationships secret until the show aired.

Jack explained: “It’s like starting a relationship backwards. You come out of the experiment at the end of a ten-year relationship and then have to work your way back to that first year.”

The stars also spilled some relationship secrets, revealing that Jack was still receiving DMs from women until earlier this year despite being married.

Faye said: “We’re very open about it. I’ve literally sent a selfie with him before, like, ‘Stop messaging him, I’ve got him!’”

The cast also revealed the lengths they went to keep their marriages and appearances on the show under wraps, including inventing holidays to Canada and Turkey and even a two-month yoga retreat.

Sophie said: “I told everyone I was going to Canada. When I got back, people kept asking to see my holiday pictures and I had absolutely nothing to show them.”

The Love Is Blind stars were joined at the VIP launch by streamer Gymskin – and his rendition of Michael Jackson’s Thriller dance – as guests got a first taste of The Nightmare Realm ahead of its public opening tonight (9 October).

The appearance comes after Gymskin made headlines in May by appearing on stream with Madonna, performing his viral “shoulder drop” dance routine to the pop icon’s 1985 hit “Into the Groove”.

The celebs were put to the test as they braved the horrors of Avery Hill Asylum and Sundown Manor, came face-to-face with The Nightmare Realm’s lead character Molly Mayhem.

The Nightmare Realm, which has been terrifying audiences in Ireland for 17 years, has arrived in London for the first time this Halloween.

The attraction is open for 18 selected nights until 1 November at Avery Hill Mansion in Greenwich.
