JetBlue has launched its inaugural service between Edinburgh and Boston.
It has also begun flying between Boston and Madrid. Both of these seasonal route will operate daily until October 25 2025 on JetBlue’s A321 aircraft.
Seasonal flights between Boston and London Gatwick have also returned.
“As we grow across the Atlantic from Boston, we’re also making it easier to connect to more of our network across the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean,” said Daniel Shurz, Senior Vice President of Revenue, Network, and Enterprise Planning.
JetBlue said these new routes complement its existing seasonal transatlantic service from Boston to Amsterdam, Dublin and London Gatwick, plus year-round flights to London Heathrow and Paris.
This summer, JetBlue will offer a total of seven daily nonstop services between Boston and Europe.
From New York JFK, JetBlue serves Dublin and Edinburgh in the summer season, while Amsterdam, London Heathrow, and Paris are served year-round.
Based on their popularity, JFK routes to Dublin and Edinburgh have been extended to the end of October, a month later than last year.
