Prince William delivers bad news to Prince Andrew after King’s decision
Prince Andrew’s worries appear to be getting worse as the Prince William remains undeterred over plans following King Charles’s latest move.
The Prince of Wales has been working on some important projects which will shape his legacy – especially initiatives focussed on protecting the natural environment.
At the same time, the future king is razor-focussed on a crucial problem for the monarchy which happens to be his uncle, Prince Andrew, according to royal experts.
“Andrew’s future within the royal family is beyond bleak, since Prince William is firmly opposed to any public rehabilitation with no foreseeable path back,” expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News Digital. “He wants Andrew to vanish from public view.”
The expert noted that William has a “strained and distant relationship” with his disgraced uncle”.
Previously, former royal correspondent Jennie Bond revealed that William is planning to take a strict action against Andrew given the slew of controversies and how it has made the royal family look bad in the public.
Andrew was stripped off of his titles in 2019 by late Queen Elizabeth as his sex scandal and involvement with Jeffery Epstein emerged. Insiders previously shared that William was at the front to oust his uncle while Charles supported his son on the issue. Bond stated that William is going to deal with ‘the Andrew problem’ ruthlessly.
“William’s strong stance on ‘the Andrew problem’ is consistent, unwavering and his influence has been decisive in ensuring Andrew remains side-lined,” Fordwich echoed.
Ever since the King was diagnosed with cancer in early 2024, he has given William a prominent role. The monarch has shown that he trusts his heir and his opinions on important matters, just like he did when Andrew’s titles were removed.
“He is driven by his desire… to protect the monarchy’s reputation, doing all he can to safeguard its future,” she explained. “He is very in touch with the public. Every public opinion poll has Andrew at the bottom, reinforcing Prince William’s stance.”
She surmised, “Once king, no doubt, Prince William will ensure Andrew is completely excluded from royal life, as well as all public appearances.”
It seems that William’s strong stance is resonated in the action of his father, King Charles, as well. Palace insiders have claimed that the monarch is “losing his patience” with his brother especially after he has consistently resisted his orders to evict from the Royal Lodge.
While Andrew does not enjoy the privileges anymore – Charles stripped Andrew of his security and no longer funds his lifestyle – the King has been giving a more prominent role to his brother and Sarah Ferguson’s two daughters.
Princess Eugenie had a major role at the King’s Foundation to mentor pupils for the “35 under 35” programme. Moreover, Princess Beatrice made an appearance with the King and Queen to support a charity. She also reportedly went on to US to attend a ceremony on behalf of the King.
It appears that King Charles has set the stage for William to finally execute his final blow to Prince Andrew.
