A one-year-old baby and two adults were injured after ‘several’ people were mauled by a dog in Tameside.
Police and paramedics, along with an air ambulance, attended the incident on Baslow Road in the Haughton Green area of Denton shortly before 6pm. Armed police were also called.
The three victims were rushed to hospital from the scene to be treated for their injuries. Their condition remains unknown.

A large emergency services presence raced to the scene and cordoned off the residential street. CID officers and detectives also attended to conduct investigations.

An air ambulance helicopter landed on a green nearby and remained at the scene for around an hour.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: “We were called to Baslow Road, Denton, at around 5:50pm today (May 29) to reports several people had been attacked by a dog.
“Three people, a one-year-old child and two adults, are in hospital being treated for their injuries.”
No further details have been released by police, who remain at the scene.
