Retail giant Primark has launched a new range of official Celtic FC merchandise in its Glasgow stores, sparking controversy among football fans across the city.
The collection, which includes a green hoodie emblazoned with the Celtic club crest priced at £15 and a camouflage kids’ t-shirt for £9, has been spotted in stores.
The Clydebank store posted a video featuring the new clothing on social media, and it quickly drew attention, with parents praising the look and affordability of the new gear.

The description for the hoodie reads: “Sport and style have joined forces to gift your mini-me with this awesome Celtic FC hoodie,” while the t-shirt is described as: “Try as it might, it’s hard to hide how cool this camouflage Celtic FC top is!”
Fans of the green-and-white side were quick to share their approval.
One commenter wrote: “Bought these for my boys — quality is unreal, looks like I just bought them from the Celtic shop.”

However, the exclusive focus on Celtic has raised eyebrows among Rangers supporters, who are questioning the lack of representation for the other half of the Glasgow football divide.
