It appears that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry and forming an unlikely alliance the tensions between the Sussexes and royals extend to the Beckhams.
Prince Harry, along with brother Prince William, once shared a good friendship with David Beckham. However, Harry fell out with the Beckhams after Meghan accused Victoria Beckham of leaking secrets to the press.
Meanwhile, reports reveal that the Sussexes met with Brooklyn Beckham and wife Nicola Peltz – who are in an ongoing feud with their own family – in Montecito at a mutual pal’s dinner party.
It seems that the Brooklyn and Nicola’s meeting with Harry and Meghan went quite well as the young couple has now hired a lawyer through the Sussexes’s referral, per The Mail on Sunday.
Sources revealed that Brooklyn and Nicole have instructed British solicitor Jenny Afia to help them with “reputation management”.
The move, which comes three weeks after the Montecito party, has caused “much amusement” among the Beckhams as the “irony is not lost on them”.
“They fell out with Meghan and Harry after they accused them of leaking stories – they were furious and Brooklyn knows that,” the source said.
“You couldn’t really make it up, first Brooklyn and Nicola cosy up together and realise they have quite a lot in common, and then all of a sudden they have enlisted the help of the Sussexes’ long-serving lawyer,” the insider told Mail on Sunday.
“Nicola and Brooklyn are getting fed up of stories running they don’t like. Nicola likes to control everything and they have taken this rather drastic action.”
The news also comes at the heels of a report by Closer Magazine which claimed that Victoria pleaded Meghan to not meddle in her family matters.
