EastEnders has revealed a first look at Kat Slater and Alfie Moon’s upcoming wedding – but will they get their happily ever after?

The notoriously on-again-off-again couple recently rekindled their romance as they dealt with their son Tommy‘s violent and difficult behaviour. The family appeared to overcome their latest challenge and now, it seems happiness is on the horizon.

In next week’s scenes, Kat embarks on a new business venture to hire out swanky limousines to rich clients. Alfie comes up with the idea of doing a wedding photoshoot to promote the service.

When he later proposes to Kat and suggests they could be the bride and groom in the photo, she excitedly accepts.

The pair quickly throw a joint stag and hen party in the Vic, with all of their friends and family in attendance. But the celebrations are cut short when Kat finds something sinister on the family computer.

Horrified by her discovery, Kat assumes Alfie is to blame. But will she still go ahead with the wedding, or could this be the end of the fan favourite couple?

The first-look images show the upcoming wedding scenes, as the residents of Albert Square get ready for the big day.

Kat is dressed up for the event in her wedding dress while she holds a bouquet, however, there’s a worried look on her face. As a suited and booted Alfie ushers her into the limo, Kat is seen wavering by the vehicle door.

What did she discover on the computer and is Alfie truly at fault?

EastEnders airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
