An Edinburgh restaurant has shared CCTV images after a man allegedly ‘broke in and stole cash’.
The individual made his way into The Ranch in Sighthill at around 6am on Sunday, May 25. Owners have said he broke into their office and raided it.
Their sister restaurant, The Torfin, shared images online and asked locals for their assistance.

Posting online, The Torfin said: “This lovely gentlemen broke into our sister restaurant The Ranch the other day. We know one of our amazing followers will recognise this face.

“Hit us up with names that we can hand over to the police and we will reward for any successful information!”
The incident happened at around 6am on May 25
One local resident commented: “Oh what a low life, you work so hard.”
Another added: “Disgusting, hope he’s found.”
Police Scotland have been approached for comment.
