The Wightlink CRT Club 10 time trial, part of the Evening TT Series, will take place on public roads, including a section of the Cowes diversion.
A portion of the race route includes Whitehouse Road, which is busy with traffic due to the one-way system on Horsebridge Hill.
Signs have been put in place to warn drivers.
The event starts at around 6pm and is expected to end at approximately 9pm.

Route summary

Start: 200m west of Whitehouse Road junction on Colemans Lane

Proceed west, turning left at the triangle onto Porchfield Road

Continue to Shalfleet Garage, then turn left onto A3054 Yarmouth Road

Turn left at Vittlefields Cross onto Whitehouse Road

Continue to Bunts Hill, then via Locks Green back to Colemans Lane

Finish: 100m past the New Road junction on Colemans Lane
The Wightlink CRT Club 10 is a time trial event on a circular 10-mile course known as the Colemans 10, which includes 1.5 laps, six left-hand turns, and one significant climb around the five-mile mark.
The race forms part of a five-round evening series with riders competing for points in both time trial and road classifications.
Top finishers from each category will be awarded trophies and prizes at a presentation on August 21.
The event is organised by Wightlink Cycle Racing Team (CRT) and attracts competitive cyclists from across the region.
