THE Açaí Parlour at Glasgow’s St Enoch Centre owned by brothers Sammy and Fahad Ayoub, from Glasgow, have a passion for açaí and the drive to bring innovative concepts to new markets.
The Açaí Parlour emerged from a shared love for açaí since the brothers sampled there first açaí bowls during South American backpacking trips.

You might be wondering what an açaí bowl is?
Açaí is a berry from the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, it is considered a superfood as it is packed full of antioxidant and vitamins which fight inflammation and boost immunity.
The berries are blended into a sweet and refreshing sorbet, forming the base of the bowl, you can then top up the bowl your way with our huge selection of toppings – fruit, granola, chocolate, peanut butter drizzles to name a few.

Sammy and Fahad knew açaí was truly love at first taste and could not get enough!
Obsessed with its flavour, versatility and health benefits, they made it there mission to bring authentic açaí to Scotland.
The brothers worked tirelessly to perfect our açaí sorbet blend and design a menu with both traditional and innovative toppings.
They also created a range of smoothies, each featuring there delicious little superfood and designed a product and brand to be proud of!
The Centre, Livingston, was the home of our first kiosk in 2024, and they also popped up in Edinburgh for the Fringe 2024.
Currently, now currently based at St. Enoch Centre, Glasgow!
Serving over 2,000 Glaswegians in the first month has been amazing and they cannot wait to serve more açaí lovers in the city!
