Ethan Galbraith looks set to be offered an immediate route into the Championship after missing out on promotion with Leyton Orient.
The midfielder was a star performer for Orient last season helping them reach the League One play-off final before they came up short against Charlton Athletic.

But it seems the Northern Ireland international could be stepping up a division with the Brisbane Road club bracing themselves for offers for the player, who is entering the final year of his current deal.

Football Insider reports that both Swansea and Sheffield United are interested in signing the 24-year-old.
Swansea reportedly had a £1m bid for Galbraith knocked back by Orient in January as Richie Wellens’ side made a push for promotion.

But after failing to make it out of the division and with Galbraith’s current contract situation they may before forced to revisit the situation in the summer.
The former Manchester United player’s versatility is a big selling point for those clubs hoping to snap him up.
Galbraith featured mainly at right back for the League One outfit but is also accomplished in a midfield role.
He has made a real impact since joining Leyton Orient in 2023 with six goals and eight assists in 51 appearances for the club.
Both Sheffield United and Swansea are keen to rebuild their squads for a promotion push to the Premier League next season.

The Blades also suffered play-off final heartache when they lost out to Sunderland at Wembley and they will be looking to bounce back next season.
Galbraith is currently on international duty with Northern Ireland and started Saturday evening’s friendly against Denmark in Copenhagen.
