Two men suffered burns and two others injured after an unknown substance was sprayed inside a Birmingham house.
West Midlands Police, fire and paramedics were called to an address on Oxford Road in Acocks Green around 10.45am on Monday (June 9) following reports of an attack.
Two males suffered burns injuries and were taken to hospital for further treatment.

Two other patients were assessed at the scene by paramedics and discharged after receiving self-care advice.
Police arrested a 39-year-old man on suspicion of assault and is currently in custody for questioning.

West Midlands Police said: “We were called to a property in Oxford Road, Acocks Green, at around 10.45am today after reports of people being sprayed with a substance.
“Two men were taken to hospital with burn injuries which are now being assessed.
“A 39-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault and is currently in custody for questioning.

A spokeswoman from WMAS said: “We were called at 11.34am to an incident at a private address on Oxford Road, Acocks Green.
“Two ambulances and three paramedic officers attended the scene.
“Upon arrival we found four patients – the first, a man who had sustained serious injuries.
“He received treatment from ambulance staff at the scene.
“The second, a man who was assessed and had sustained injuries not believed to be serious.
“Both were conveyed to hospital for further treatment,” the spokeswoman said.
The statement added: “The third and fourth were assessed and had sustained injuries not believed to be serious.
“They received self care advice from ambulance staff before being discharged at the scene.”
Three fire crews attended the incident and left the matter in the care of the police.
WMP added: “We have officers in the area and our enquiries are continuing. Anyone with information can contact us via 101 and quote log 1556 of 9/6/25.”
