This week, ISC will hold its 40th anniversary event under the theme Connecting the Dots. The conference will also focus on the integration of high-performance computing (HPC) with artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum computing technologies (QC). The goal is to bridge gaps across scientific research, engineering, and business applications.

ISC expects to welcome over 3,500 international attendees from academia, research, and business sectors, representing more than 54 countries and all seven continents. Currently, Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Japan have the highest attendance. ISC provides a broad technical focus, a community-oriented atmosphere, and a welcoming environment for businesses and professionals in artificial intelligence and quantum computing.

This year, the exhibition has experienced significant growth in its offerings. Out of 195 exhibitors, 139 are hardware and software vendors, service providers, and 51 research organizations from 31 countries. 88 are showcasing products and services related to GPUs and Machine Learning/AI, while 46 are presenting quantum computing hardware, software, and services.

The event also provides a forum for exploring how AI drives technological innovation in the field and expands the performance, energy efficiency, and scope of HPC applications. We have created a website to highlight the AI content at ISC 2025.

Additionally, ISC also presents an excellent opportunity for those interested in leveraging the community to explore research and commercial applications in quantum computing. The event offers a wealth of resources and information on how quantum computing is becoming an integral part of our industry. Notably, this year’s Hans Meuer Award, which includes a cash prize, has been awarded to a paper on quantum computing. This award highlights the growing importance of quantum computing within our community.

Open Access and On-Demand Content

All papers accepted for presentation at ISC are now published in the IEEE Xplore digital library and are available for free access. We are dedicated to sharing research at no cost!

Please note that every session recorded at ISC will be available for free on their website starting June 13. However, you must register to access this content.
