Loved ones are desperate for answers after Toni McNelis vanished in the early hours of Thursday in Edinburgh. Police are urging the public to help trace her.

Police are urgently searching for a missing 29-year-old woman from Dalkeith who was last seen in Edinburgh five days ago.

Toni McNelis vanished after being spotted in the Niddrie area during the early hours of Thursday, June 5, 2025. She has not been seen or heard from since.

She is described as 5ft 4in, slim build, with short blonde hair. At the time of her disappearance, Toni was wearing dark blue leggings, white trainers, a white flowery tank top and a white or cream cardigan.

Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare, and her loved ones are desperate for any news.

Constable Lourens said: “We are concerned for Toni’s welfare and are asking anyone who knows where she might be to come forward.

“Her family and friends are extremely worried and just want to know she is safe and well.
