Birmingham City have the opportunity to place their hands on silverware for the first time since 2011 when they return to Wembley to contest the Vertu Trophy final against holders Peterborough United on Sunday (3pm kick off).
Blues kicked off their campaign back at the beginning of September when they ‘lost’ on penalties to League Two Walsall, taking a point after the game in 90 minutes finished 1-1 – since then, they’ve won six straight matches in the Trophy to reach this stage.
Posh won the competition last year when they beat Wycombe Wanderers in the final, but they’ve underwhelmed this term in League One and were beaten 2-1 by Blues in the league meeting at London Road on Tuesday night.
This is how you can watch the game on Sunday…
